Where do you ship?
We currently offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the countries listed below.
This means all duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the shipping price shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment.

Due to the size and weight of this product, orders are shipped via sea freight.

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 weeks from dispatch.

All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to shipping schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, carrier handling, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where possible, tracking updates will be provided once the shipment is in transit.
How long does shipping take?
All international orders are shipped via sea freight due to the size and weight of the Pro Stylist Trolley.
Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for delivery once dispatched.
Do you ship via air or sea?
We ship via sea freight only.
Each Pro Stylist Trolley measures approximately 41 × 55 × 80 cm and weighs around 25 kg, classifying it as an oversized item.
How much is international shipping?
All international orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order quantity and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Do I need to pay import taxes or duties?
No.
All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are covered by us under DDP shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
What does DDP mean?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we manage the full international delivery process — including freight, customs clearance, and import taxes — so your trolley arrives without unexpected fees.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes.
Due to international sea freight shipping, tracking updates will become available once your shipment arrives in your destination country, clears customs, and has been handed to the local delivery courier.
At this stage, you will receive tracking details for final delivery to your salon.
Can I order more than 20 units?
Yes.
For bulk, distributor, or salon group orders over 20 units, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to international freight scheduling, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Is the trolley covered by warranty internationally?
Yes.
All Pro Stylist Trolleys come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, regardless of location.
Will my trolley arrive assembled?
Yes.
The Pro Stylist Trolley arrives pre-assembled, with minimal setup required.
