What Your Warranty Covers
12-Month Limited Warranty
Your trolley includes a 12-month limited warranty covering:
Manufacturing defects
Structural faults
Hardware defects (handles, wheels, attachment points)
Drawer runner defects not caused by misuse
Heat tool attachment defects
Issues arising from normal, intended salon use
If a fault occurs within this period, Us. Hair Official will repair or replace the affected part(s) at no cost.
What Your Warranty Does Not Cover
To protect the integrity of the product and its specialised finish, the warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Stains caused by colour, bleach, peroxide, toner, or chemical products
- Damage caused by using unapproved cleaning products
- (Only warm water and the Us. Sponge are approved cleaning methods)
- Heat damage from placing hot tools directly on plastic surfaces
- Overloading drawers, pots, shelves, or rails beyond stated weight limits
- Accidental damage, including dropping, tipping, or improper handling
- Misuse, modification, or any non-salon intended use
- Chemical damage from incorrect colour storage or spills left to cure
- Damage caused by storing flammable materials inside drawers
This warranty applies only to genuine Us. Hair Official products purchased through authorised channels.
Important Care Requirements
Your warranty remains valid only when the trolley is maintained according to the official care instructions:
- Warm water + Us. Sponge must be used for cleaning
- Spills must be wiped immediately
- Weight limits must not be exceeded
- Heat tools must be placed on the silicone mats
- No acetone, alcohol or solvents may be used
This protects both the finish and your warranty coverage.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
At Us. Hair Official, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The trolley must be repackaged exactly how it was originally received, including all protective packaging, internal supports and boxes
- Any damage caused from incorrect repackaging during return transit may affect eligibility for refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Due to the size and nature of our products, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist as quickly as possible.
All approved warranty claims are covered under our 12-month warranty policy.
