Dispatch, Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

Pre-Orders – Onyx & Onyx Champagne Gold Pro Stylist Trolley

Pre orders open May 11th 2026. Orders are expected to begin shipping from July 2026 onwards.

Estimated delivery is approximately 4–8 weeks from dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing.

Dune Pro Stylist Trolley

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment.

  • Due to the size and weight of this product, orders are shipped via sea freight.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–8 weeks from dispatch.

  • All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to shipping schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, carrier handling, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Where possible, tracking updates will be provided once the shipment is in transit.


Order Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled in the order they are received.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking details.


Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

At Us. Hair Official, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery approval.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The trolley must be repackaged exactly how it was originally received, including all protective packaging, internal supports and boxes

  • Any damage caused from incorrect repackaging during return transit may affect eligibility for refund

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to the size and nature of our products, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist as quickly as possible.

All approved warranty claims are covered under our 12-month warranty policy.

Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This product is a large, freighted item and is not eligible for express or air delivery.

  • The 4–8 week delivery timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

  • Transit delays related to sea freight, customs processes, carrier handling, or external factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once the order has been dispatched.

  • Duties and taxes are included under DDP shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.
